Job Summary
To support the development of an enterprise AI chatbot platform, the full-time GTM Enablement Program Manager will design and implement strategies for dynamic content enablement, manage cross-functional programs, and optimize AI workflows in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the strategy and infrastructure for GTM content, transforming static materials into dynamic enablement resources
- Architect AI workflows that generate customer-facing assets and automate feedback loops for content accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align AI-driven deliverables with business priorities and manage the GTM content calendar
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in technical enablement, GTM operations, RevOps, or AI content management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with building and managing enterprise AI chatbots and workflows
- Proficiency in workflow automation tools and connecting systems via APIs
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and delivering against tight deadlines
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM behavior
