Job Summary
To support a growing GTM Team, the full-time GTM Engineer will design and maintain Clay-centered GTM systems that enhance revenue, bookings, and performance across a portfolio of Operating Companies, working remotely or from Walnut Creek, California.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows as the core outbound infrastructure for Operating Companies
- Own the deployment of the outbound stack, including data providers and dialers, while partnering with RevOps Leaders
- Prototype AI workflows for GTM use cases and document builds for a portfolio-wide playbook
Required qualifications
- Hands-on expertise with Clay, including tables, enrichment workflows, and signals
- Fluency in Salesforce/HubSpot operations with experience in integration points
- Previous GTM experience across multiple industries, preferably in Vertical SaaS
- Understanding of GTM strategies for SMB, Mid-Market, and Lower Enterprise sales motions
- Experience working with companies in the $5M-$30M ARR range
