GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing startup, the remote GTM Engineer will enhance multi-channel workflows across email, voice, SMS, and LinkedIn, focusing on increasing speed, coverage, and reliability while taking ownership of system improvements in a flexible, part-time or full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain multi-channel outbound workflows and campaigns
- Monitor performance signals and quickly address any workflow breakdowns
- Run experiments to improve messaging, timing, and channel efficiency
Required qualifications
- Experience with email outbound systems and deliverability awareness
- Familiarity with telephony workflows, including ringless voicemail and call sequences
- Hands-on experience with SMS campaign logic and sequencing
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outbound tools and automation
- Experience building automations using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
