GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To build AI and automation that enhances the go-to-market motion, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design, develop, and implement systems that optimize sales and marketing processes while capturing valuable customer signals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI and automation solutions for various aspects of the GTM motion, including prospecting, lead routing, and customer lifecycle instrumentation
• Develop reliable agents and workflows to reduce repetitive tasks for Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing teams
• Own the end-to-end process of the systems built, ensuring they are deployed effectively and continuously improved based on performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building automation and tooling within a GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering context
• Production experience with the GTM stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and various databases like Postgres and ClickHouse
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript for hands-on development
• Strong data-activation skills, including SQL, APIs, and data transformation with dbt
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; a master's degree is a plus
