GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing revenue organization, the full-time GTM Engineer will build and manage the GTM tech stack, design demo environments, and integrate AI agents into sales workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot workflows and integrations
- Design and deploy custom demo environments for Account Executives using realistic hauler data
- Develop AI agents for sales workflows, enhancing account briefs, summaries, and CRM hygiene
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in a hybrid engineering + GTM role such as Sales Engineer or RevOps Engineer
- Proficiency in coding (TypeScript, Python, SQL) and no-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
- Deep experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, including CRM data model design
- Experience shipping AI agents for production sales processes
- Ability to identify friction in demos and develop solutions rapidly
