GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the GTM Engineer will serve as a vital link between go-to-market teams and product teams, translating customer requirements into technical capabilities while developing agent skills to address customer needs effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the conduit for customer needs and product capabilities, ensuring clear communication in both directions
• Develop agent skills and reference patterns to cover eighty percent of customer requirements out of the box
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and validate them against real customer scenarios

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer buying behaviors and requirements
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage programs independently
• Comfortable navigating both business and technical discussions with credibility
• Experience with AI coding agents and a focus on reusable solutions for customer requests
