GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Revenue Operations team, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design, build, implement, and maintain technical solutions that enhance automation, integrations, and internal tools to streamline operations for go-to-market teams in the multifamily and commercial real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build GTM automation and workflows, owning systems integrations across marketing, sales, and customer success platforms to eliminate manual tasks
- Create on-demand visibility into product usage and account health, replacing static reports with actionable live triggers for Sales and Customer Success
- Design and automate handoff processes between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in automation, APIs, and backend integrations
- Experience with AI/LLM APIs for designing and implementing automations and workflows
- Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong, and ability to connect them through maintainable code
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (TypeScript, Python, JavaScript) and comfort with SQL
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate ambiguous business problems into effective technical solutions
