GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To support growth initiatives, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage growth experiments, build and automate go-to-market systems, and improve the company website while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Run growth experiments across the full customer journey and optimize strategies based on results
- Build and automate go-to-market systems for tracking, attribution, lead routing, and reporting
- Collaborate with sales and the GTM architecture team to ensure alignment between campaigns and pipeline management
Required qualifications
- Engineering background with proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL
- Experience in growth hacking with a focus on testing, measuring, and achieving results
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and UTM tracking
- Experience with API integrations and automation tools
- Interest in learning marketing through hands-on experience
