GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing go-to-market organization, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will architect and build scalable technical solutions, integrating various platforms and automating workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and elevate the GTM systems ecosystem with HubSpot at the center, translating strategy into scalable technical architecture
- Connect GTM technology and data by integrating platforms to create seamless workflows and a trusted source of truth
- Build automation and AI-enabled workflows that eliminate manual tasks and accelerate execution across the revenue organization
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a related technical operations role
- Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot and experience with modern GTM technologies such as Clay and Apollo
- Strong technical integration experience, including APIs, webhooks, and connecting internal and external data
- Hands-on experience building automation and AI-enabled workflows with demonstrated real business applications
- Strong GTM and technical judgment with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
