Job Summary
Owning the data and systems behind the commercial engine, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage metric definitions, ensure data quality, and connect sales, marketing, and customer experience systems in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the commercial metric dictionary and ensure Salesforce is the system of record for commercial data
- Design and implement data enrichment standards, managing provider relationships to support sales efforts
- Build and maintain trusted reporting and forecasting dashboards while ensuring seamless integration across various systems
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in data governance, including defining metrics and measuring data quality
- Strong background in building pipeline forecasts and executive-level reporting
- Extensive Salesforce experience, including custom development and managing data structure
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and multi-system architecture
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
