Job Summary
To enhance revenue operations, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design, build, and maintain workflows and integrations to streamline sales and marketing processes, focusing on automating inbound demand response and eliminating manual tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the inbound lead management process to reduce response times and improve lead qualification
- Design and implement automated sales and marketing plays based on engagement signals to ensure timely follow-up and lead nurturing
- Identify and automate low-value tasks for sales and marketing teams, enhancing overall efficiency and data accuracy
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in a technical GTM role within a B2B SaaS company, such as GTM engineering or RevOps systems
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce and experience building workflows in automation platforms like n8n or Zapier
- Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and scripting skills in Python or JavaScript
- Experience using LLMs in workflows and a proven track record of implementing automations that save time or improve conversion rates
- Strong documentation habits and the ability to create maintainable systems
