Job Summary
Transforming go-to-market operations, the full-time remote GTM Engineer AI & Automation will manage the integration of AI and automation into sales, marketing, and customer success processes, focusing on enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows across the revenue lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and redesign inefficient processes using data, automation, and AI to improve the customer lifecycle
- Develop solutions that increase sales productivity through automation and AI-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize marketing operations and enhance the entire revenue lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, Revenue Operations, or related technical roles
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market processes and the revenue lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, large language models, and workflow automation
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Familiarity with CRM and GTM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
