GTM Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, the full-time remote GTM Operations Analyst will manage quoting, pipeline hygiene, billing, forecasting, and pricing strategies while collaborating closely with the Director of GTM Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and execute budgetary quotes, including managing discounting and concession approval workflows
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM data integrity, serving as the tech stack subject matter expert for the sales team
• Oversee billing and revenue forecasting, including managing billing scheduling and processing

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable quote-to-cash/GTM function
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), including pipeline management and data hygiene
• Experience with quoting, discount/concession approval workflows, and opportunity-to-quote processes
• Familiarity with billing and revenue processes, including forecasting and EOM close support
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred
