Job Summary
To drive predictable growth and partner satisfaction, the remote GTM Operations Director will manage the operational model for partner-delivered solutions, overseeing strategy, process improvement, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration for a duration of 3 months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end operating model for partner solutions, including governance and approval workflows
- Design and continuously improve core processes across partner GTM, sales, finance, legal, and customer success
- Lead forecasting and performance reviews for partner solutions, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or partner/channel operations
- Proven track record in designing and running complex GTM operating models with measurable impact
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders across various functions such as sales, partnerships, and finance
- Strong communication skills to translate complex operational details into executive-ready narratives
- Background in management consulting or corporate strategy is preferred
