Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote contract GTM Operations Director will build and manage the operating model for partner-delivered solutions, ensuring compliance and high-quality delivery while driving predictable growth and partner satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own and scale the end-to-end operating model for partner and embedded solution motions, from onboarding to execution
- Run operating cadences, including QBRs/MBRs and program health reporting, to drive predictable outcomes
- Establish performance metrics and dashboards, using insights to identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or partner/channel operations
- Proven success in designing and executing complex GTM operating models with measurable business impact
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience partnering with senior stakeholders across various departments
- Experience in building metrics, dashboards, and operating rhythms for forecasting and performance management
- Ability to translate operational complexity into executive-ready recommendations and decisions
