GTM Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient GTM Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will manage data, AI workflows, and operating processes that govern the pipeline from opportunity creation through close, customer handoff, and renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the analytical foundation for pipeline management, including reporting and data quality monitoring across Salesforce and Clari
• Design and operate AI workflows for opportunity hygiene, deal-risk detection, and renewal processes while ensuring data governance
• Partner with Sales leadership to enhance pipeline discipline and execution through effective process design and data-driven interventions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related technical role in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in data modeling, dashboard architecture, and reporting infrastructure
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, particularly in opportunity data modeling and automation
• Hands-on experience with forecasting processes and platforms, preferably Clari
• Demonstrated success in building AI-enabled workflows using low-code tools and integrations
