GTM Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end strategic initiatives, the fully remote GTM Project Manager will enhance customer experience, drive retention, and improve operational efficiency across the SaaS customer lifecycle while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, implementation, and handoff to ensure timely and within-scope deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and governance processes for successful project delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and drive project execution while proactively identifying risks and managing dependencies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth B2B environment
• Experience within Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, particularly in Sales or Revenue Operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
