Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for multiple GTM roles, the full-time GTM Recruiter will proactively source candidates, manage the hiring process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 5-6 open GTM roles, from intake and sourcing to offer and close
- Source candidates using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted tools
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide decision-ready feedback while partnering with hiring managers to streamline the interview process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in GTM roles at B2B SaaS or developer-tools companies
- Proven track record of hiring at volume, with experience in making 25+ GTM hires per year
- Strong passive sourcing skills and familiarity with AI tools for recruitment
- Working knowledge of sales roles and compensation structures
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing CRMs
