GTM Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To optimize systems and workflows for the go-to-market organization, the full-time remote GTM Systems Engineer will design scalable GTM systems, automate processes, and enhance data flows across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable GTM systems, workflows, automations, and integrations across the customer lifecycle
- Optimize inbound lead workflows to improve speed-to-lead and enhance engagement across teams
- Serve as the technical lead for the Hubspot ecosystem, managing advanced workflows, integrations, and automation
Required Qualifications
- Experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations Engineering, or a similar technical role
- Strong experience with HubSpot or another enterprise CRM, including automation and complex workflow design
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, with experience in APIs and relational data models
- Experience with automation and integration platforms such as Zapier or Workato
- Strong understanding of the collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations across the customer lifecycle
