Job Summary
Building and scaling systems for the revenue team, the full-time GTM Systems Engineer will implement and customize Salesforce and other GTM technologies, collaborating closely with sales leadership, finance, and data engineering in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and extend Salesforce functionality, turning Revenue Operations designs into tested systems
- Implement data models for sales processes, including account hierarchies and forecasting mechanisms
- Own data quality across Salesforce and connected GTM systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical admin or developer role on Salesforce
- 5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing solutions like BigQuery or Snowflake
- Practical understanding of GTM concepts, including pipeline and forecasting
