Job Summary
Owning and optimizing the technology for outbound operations, the full-time remote GTM Systems Engineer will manage the outbound tech stack, enhance targeting strategies, and drive automation to support revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and expand the outbound tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations and data flow
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement account and contact targeting strategies
- Build and refine automated workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts for outbound teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations with a focus on outbound technology
- Proven experience implementing and optimizing outbound tech stacks in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and AI-driven prospecting tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining and improving KPIs related to outbound performance
