GTM Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the configuration and administration of the quote-to-cash platform, the full-time GTM Systems Specialist will manage DealHub and Salesforce integrations, contribute to platform roadmaps, and support implementation partners while working in a hybrid environment based in Boston, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Own DealHub build-out, configuration, and day-to-day administration, including product catalog and pricing rules
• Contribute to the platform roadmap by translating business goals into a sequenced buildout plan
• Support implementation partners by scoping, prioritizing, and reviewing third-party services work

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM systems, business systems analysis, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on DealHub administration experience, including configuration of product catalogs and pricing rules
• Strong Salesforce administration fluency, covering objects, fields, and reporting
• Extensive knowledge of the quote-to-cash process, including quoting and approvals
• Experience managing external implementation partners and advising senior stakeholders
