GTM Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of recruiters, the full-time GTM Talent Acquisition Manager will manage hiring for quota-carrying GTM roles, develop talent communities, and implement AI-driven recruitment strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the recruitment team through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance conversations to ensure quality and speed in hiring
• Act as a player-coach by managing personal requisitions while guiding the team in best practices for recruitment
• Build and execute a talent community playbook to establish Boston as ClickUp's GTM talent hub through events and brand activations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in hiring quota-carrying sales and GTM roles within high-growth SaaS environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead recruiters while managing personal requisitions in fast-paced settings
• Strong understanding and application of AI in recruitment processes
• Established network in the GTM space, particularly in New England, with experience in building talent communities
• Data fluency and expertise in complex negotiation and pre-IPO equity matters
