Job Summary

To support the growth of GTM teams across the US, the remote GTM Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment, build sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the US
• Build strong sourcing strategies and engage high-quality passive candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage the recruitment cycle

Required qualifications

• Strong GTM recruitment experience with proven sales hiring expertise
• Experience recruiting across the US
• Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to engage and convert passive talent
• Strong management skills to build trust and collaborate with hiring managers
• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
