GTM Technical Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Revenue Operations team, the full-time remote GTM Technical Specialist will manage escalations, build and maintain Salesforce automation, and ensure system integrations while collaborating with various departments to drive data insights and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle bug, outage, and real-time request escalations through the #ask-rev-operations channel
• Own or assist with Flow and Apex build and update tickets that support GTM processes in Salesforce
• Build and support custom dashboards and ensure clean data flow between platforms through system integrations

Required qualifications

• Self-taught technical skills with a demonstrated pattern of independent learning and problem-solving
• Deep Salesforce experience with the ability to resolve complex issues within the system
• Comfort using AI tools as an integral part of the work process
• Ability to read and reason about data models and their implications on processes
• A genuine passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others
