Guest Engagement Strategist

Job Summary

To support restaurant brand customers, the full-time remote Guest Engagement Strategist will manage consulting engagements focused on loyalty program and campaign strategy optimization while collaborating with internal teams to drive guest participation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own program optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands, providing analysis and recommendations
• Develop automated and targeted marketing campaigns to enhance guest engagement across loyalty, CRM, and SMS channels
• Analyze program performance and present strategic recommendations to clients using data analysis tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy
• Hands-on experience with campaign management and major CRM/ESP platforms
• Understanding of financial concepts and comfort using financial terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
