Guest Engagement Strategist

Job Summary

To support restaurant brand customers, the full-time remote Guest Engagement Strategist will manage consulting engagements focused on optimizing loyalty programs and campaign strategies while collaborating with internal teams to drive guest participation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own loyalty program optimization engagements, analyzing performance and providing recommendations for small and mid-size restaurant brands
• Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns to enhance guest engagement across various channels, including CRM and SMS
• Utilize data analysis tools to assess program performance and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy
• Hands-on experience with major CRM/ESP platforms and campaign management
• Familiarity with loyalty software platforms and marketing technology applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
