Guest Relations Representative

Job Summary

To ensure high standards of service and satisfaction, the full-time HAL Guest Relations Representative will research and resolve guest inquiries and complaints while maintaining strong relationships with travel professionals and internal stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve inquiries, complaints, and praises from guests and travel professionals through various communication channels
• Interpret company policies to determine and authorize compensation for guest complaints when appropriate
• Maintain relationships with travel professionals, onboard management, and internal customers while identifying and addressing problem areas

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center preferred
• Knowledge of Holland America Line products and relevant computer applications
• Ability to compose correspondence and maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Preferred typing skills of 40+ words per minute
