Guest Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to guests and team members, the full-time Guest Services Representative will escort individuals throughout the hospital, maintain knowledge of hospital departments, and respond to inquiries both in person and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Escort guests to their destinations within the hospital and provide directions as needed
• Respond to the needs of guests and team members, ensuring a high level of service and care
• Maintain current knowledge of hospital personnel and departments to effectively refer guests to the appropriate resources

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a customer service setting
