Guidewire Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading a large team in a remote capacity, the Guidewire Project Manager will oversee the transformation to the Guidewire platform while ensuring operational excellence of the Mainframe environment and managing application delivery budgets and vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a larger team while overseeing the organization
- Own stability, performance, and lifecycle management of the Mainframe platform, and define the roadmap for transitioning to Guidewire systems
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align technology investments with business objectives and drive operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Strong experience managing Mainframe environments and leading modernization initiatives
- Proven experience with Guidewire implementation or transformation
- Experience leading large distributed teams and managing vendor partnerships
- Preferred experience in the insurance industry
