HAM Activations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time remote HAM Activations Specialist will manage ServiceNow reporting and dashboards, analyze project data for inconsistencies and risks, and develop presentations for leadership briefings.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to meet ongoing reporting needs
- Analyze data to identify inconsistencies and communicate risks to Activation projects
- Develop clear presentations for leadership based on data analysis and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and risks
- 2+ years of experience writing and maintaining SOPS, Knowledge Articles, or how-to guides
- Experience working in ServiceNow or a similar platform
- Ability to create professional presentations for leadership audiences
