Hardware Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time Hardware Asset Management Analyst will manage the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, oversee ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management implementation, and ensure inventory accuracy in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and retirement processes
• Participate in the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management
• Define and maintain governance, data standards, and control requirements for hardware assets

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management or related IT operations roles
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management or similar enterprise IT asset management platforms
• Experience managing enterprise hardware inventory and lifecycle processes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of CMDB concepts and the relationship between hardware assets and configuration items
