Hardware Integration Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Hardware Integration Project Manager will lead the implementation of emerging technologies from prototypes to deployable design standards, ensuring that new products function effectively in real environments while addressing integration challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the implementation path for new products, translating prototypes into deployable solutions
• Work with engineering, product, and operations teams to validate real-world requirements and identify integration risks
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage the R&D implementation roadmap to align infrastructure with product development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in mechanical or industrial engineering, architecture, or product implementation
• Proven ability to evaluate product interactions with real-world constraints and translate concepts into executable designs
• Experience in R&D environments, vendor management, and compliance considerations
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace products
