Hardware NPI Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Hardware NPI Project Manager, this full-time position will manage the operational readiness and on-time deployment of new hardware products, coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing BOM management and lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional coordination for new hardware launches, ensuring alignment among various teams and managing deployment schedules
• Own and maintain the hardware Bill of Materials (BOM), documenting changes and coordinating approvals while tracking cost impacts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hardware-related support issues, facilitating communication between support, engineering, and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional hardware launches or similar initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with project management capabilities, including risk management and stakeholder communication
• Ability to discuss technical details with engineering and translate them into actionable project tasks
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
