Hawai i Licensed Primary Therapist

Job Summary

To support the establishment of a new behavioral health program, a Hawai i Licensed Primary Therapist will provide remote individual, group, and family therapy, conduct clinical assessments, and develop treatment plans while contributing to the growth and development of clinical workflows and programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and clinical assessments through telehealth
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans while providing therapy for various mental health concerns
• Participate in the development of clinical workflows, programming, and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant behavioral health field from an accredited institution
• Current Hawai i behavioral health license or associate-level credential applicable to the candidate's profession
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, IOP, or telehealth settings preferred
• Knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
