Job Summary

Managing an assigned inventory of claims, the remote Hawaii Licensed Auto Claims Specialist will evaluate and adjust auto material damage claims, ensuring timely investigation and resolution while providing superior customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive claims assignments and verify coverage applicability
• Evaluate and manage auto material damage claims, determining proper handling and disposition
• Participate in quarterly claim reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in claims management

Required qualifications:

• Three plus years of experience handling auto material damage claims
• A current Hawaii adjuster license is required
• A college degree is preferred; insurance designations or related coursework are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
