Job Summary
To support the Ho' la U-Telehealth Behavioral Health team, the part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Hawaii will manage patient treatment for emotional and health issues, supervise Behavioral Health Fellows, and engage in clinical case reviews, all in a 100% remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and treat patients with emotional and health problems effectively
- Supervise Behavioral Health Fellows through individual and group sessions, reviewing clinical documentation
- Engage in dual interviews with team members to enhance patient care
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution
- Licensed and eligible for billing with insurance in the State of Hawaii
- Professional experience in health sciences and working with Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander patients
- Demonstrated proficiency in motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Basic understanding of Hawaiian history, culture, and language related to patient engagement
