HCM Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting Sage HCM deployments for customers across Canada, the full-time remote HCM Implementation Consultant will provide consulting, training, and support to enhance HR, payroll, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consulting and training for successful implementation of Sage's cloud-native HCM solution
- Collaborate with HR and operations leaders to analyze client requirements and processes
- Configure and customize HCM modules based on customer needs and implementation goals
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HCM implementation or related experience leading HCM deployments
- Experience with core HR and payroll systems as a system implementer, consultant, or administrator
- Post-secondary education in human resources, business administration, or technology is an asset
- A consultant's mindset with a focus on efficient processes and customer empathy
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French are a strong asset
