HCM Integration Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing Customer Success Organization, the full-time remote HCM Integration Consultant will gather data integration requirements and deliver solutions for public sector clients while ensuring high-quality data integrations and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with customer payroll vendors and HCM system providers to determine file integration requirements
- Facilitate discovery sessions and oversee testing plans for data integrations to ensure successful delivery
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation and coordinate the transition of integrations to production support teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS implementation environment
- Experience with systems integration and file transmission to third-party vendors
- Background in business application consulting with client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
