HCM Technical Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the technical delivery of a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, the remote HCM Technical Consultant will manage end-to-end technical execution, serve as the primary technical interface between clients and teams, and conduct technical evaluations while ensuring successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery across solution design, integrations, reporting, and production deployment
- Lead technical discussions and provide hands-on debugging and issue resolution support during onshore business hours
- Manage onshore/offshore technical teams, including work allocation, design reviews, and delivery commitments
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading at least two full cycles of Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations as a Technical Lead
- Proven knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, OIC, OCI, and CIF
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues and recommend solutions
- Experience conducting technical security evaluations for mobile and AI capabilities
- Ability to manage technical cutover planning and deployment readiness activities
