HCM & WFM Consultant
Job Summary
To support two client engagements, the remote, temporary HCM & Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant will manage workforce transformation initiatives, focusing on HCM, staffing, scheduling, and process improvement while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to HCM and WFM initiatives across two client engagements, gathering requirements and assessing current processes
- Document stakeholder input and provide practical recommendations to improve staffing and scheduling policies
- Support change management efforts, including training, communications, and adoption of new processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in HCM, WFM, staffing and scheduling, or HR operations
- Working knowledge of HCM/WFM platforms such as Workday, UKG/Kronos, or symplr
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Curiosity and analytical skills to turn information into actionable deliverables
