Head of AI Solutions

Job Summary

Leading a technical team, the full-time Head of AI Solutions will manage the intake and prioritization of AI projects, oversee the development of solutions from request to production, and ensure high standards for technical quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of AI solutions engineers and data engineers, setting expectations for delivery and accountability
• Own the intake and prioritization process, evaluating business value and feasibility to determine project support
• Define solution architecture and lead discovery with business and technical teams to create actionable build plans

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and deploying production systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing LLM-based or agentic solutions from discovery to production
• Experience leading a solutions architecture or applied AI team with responsibility for prioritization and capacity allocation
• Strong skills in technical scoping and estimation, capable of translating ambiguous requests into credible plans
• Working knowledge of agent orchestration, data modeling, APIs, and cloud or hybrid deployments
