Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Leading the analytics function for a growing AI infrastructure company, the full-time Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence will manage a team of analysts, set the analytics roadmap, and drive data-driven decision-making across various departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of analysts and BI practitioners, overseeing hiring and career development
• Drive company strategy by identifying data levers and delivering actionable insights to leadership
• Own the core metric layer, defining and maintaining consistent metrics for utilization, retention, and revenue health

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science with executive visibility
• 3+ years of experience managing analytics or BI teams with a proven track record of developing talent
• Deep fluency in SQL and modern analytics engineering practices, including dbt or equivalent
• Experience with usage-based or marketplace business models and relevant metrics
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive adoption of a metric layer across the organization
