Job Summary
Driving the design and development of innovative annuity products, the full-time Head of Annuity Product Development will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align product strategies with company growth objectives while managing external partnerships and ensuring competitive market positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of new annuity products by analyzing customer needs and industry trends
- Collaborate with various departments to create and implement product strategies that support sales and marketing goals
- Manage the department's operating budget while fostering an inclusive work environment for team members
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior product management roles focused on financial services products
- Strong knowledge of various annuity products including Variable, Fixed Indexed, and Income annuities
- Proven ability to manage multiple long-term projects and ad hoc tasks simultaneously
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Deep understanding of the annuity industry and marketplace trends
