Head of Annuity Product Development
Job Summary
Driving the design and development of new annuity products, the full-time Head of Annuity Product Development will work in a hybrid or remote capacity, collaborating with leadership to align product solutions with the company's growth strategy and ensuring competitive offerings in the market.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design of annuity products by analyzing customer needs and industry trends
- Develop product strategies that support sales and marketing goals while fostering cross-functional partnerships

Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in senior product management roles focused on financial services products
- Strong knowledge of various annuity products, including Variable and Fixed Indexed annuities

- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
