Head of Applied Solutions

Job Summary

To drive customer value creation, the full-time Head of Applied Solutions will manage client engagement, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead a team focused on delivering innovative solutions using the Entegrata platform in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customer value strategies by understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities for leveraging Entegrata's platform
• Design and deliver solutions, including reporting and AI-enabled applications, while managing a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
• Engage with executive leaders to establish trust and guide them in creating broader strategies for data utilization

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in designing and delivering technology solutions for enterprise customers
• Proficiency with modern data platforms and experience in reporting, analytics, and application development
• Exceptional customer-facing skills with experience in leading technical demonstrations and workshops
• Strong solution-design instincts and the ability to break down complex business problems
• Experience in leading or mentoring technical teams, preferably in a fast-paced growth environment
