Job Summary
Leading the charge in cloud operations, the full-time Head of Cloud Operations will manage change, release, incident, and reliability practices while overseeing SRE and DevOps teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SRE and DevOps teams, establishing operational direction and reliability practices
- Define and oversee change and release management processes, ensuring traceability and compliance
- Own the incident management framework, coordinating responses and post-incident reviews
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in change management, release management, incident management, or related fields
- Demonstrated leadership experience with SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering teams
- Strong understanding of cloud operations, software delivery, and infrastructure automation
- Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple engineering teams
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
