Job Summary
Leading the charge in commercial analytics, the full-time Head of Commercial Analytics will utilize data management and AI insights to support product launches and enhance performance across US Commercialization, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive commercial decision-making and performance management through data and AI-enabled analytics
- Inspire and develop a cohesive team while managing external vendor relationships for actionable deliverables
- Translate business needs into high-value analytics and reporting, delivering insights for strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- BA or BS required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in commercial functions within the biopharmaceutical industry, with 5-7 years in commercial analytics
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial data sources and advanced analytics methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define business issues and recommendations
- Experience in start-up and launch environments is a plus
