Head of Communications

Job Summary

Owning the communications function end-to-end, the full-time Head of Communications will develop and execute Morpho's communications strategy, enhancing its recognition across fintech and traditional finance while managing media relationships and crisis communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own Morpho's communications strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives across various channels
• Build recognition beyond crypto through thought leadership and strategic writing, targeting fintech and financial media
• Shape communications with partners and investors to advance go-to-market priorities and manage reputational risks

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading a full communications function in a scaled fintech or high-growth technology company
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Experience in regulatory and crisis communications, managing sensitive issues and public criticism
• Strong business acumen, capable of translating complex business models into effective communications
• Ability to leverage AI for enhanced productivity and execution speed while maintaining quality
