Job Summary

Setting the data strategy for a growing software company, the full-time Head of Data will work remotely from the UK, collaborating across teams to manage data initiatives, support product development, and ensure data integrity while owning the customer intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the data strategy and guidelines for the organization
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and deliver data-driven initiatives
• Manage the customer intelligence platform and ensure reliable data insights across teams

Required qualifications

• Proven experience owning data strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and cloud data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery)
• Strong background in building and maintaining data products used by non-technical teams
• Experience translating raw product usage data into actionable metrics
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
